Year: 1959	PRICE REDUCED! 1959 Edsel Ranger, 2-door hardtop in good condition.  This car has been stored under a carport since 1973.  It does not run but the motor is not seized.  The body is in good condition, straight lines with minor surface rust as well a little minor rust at the bottom of the doors and front fenders.  It is in factory original condition and I even have the original owners manual and keys.  The stainless steel trim is in good condition as well as the chrome bumpers.  The chrome plated cast aluminum is a little rough though and the interior is in surprisingly good condition.  I have all four hub caps (not shown in photos).  The car is currently at a shop in Cleveland, Texas. Year: 1959	This is an Edsel Ranger 4-door sedan that needs a lot of help getting back on the road.  See photos. It probably will not roll even if the tires would hold air.  Glass is broken on the driver side wing window and the rear window on the passenger side is broken.  It is missing a running light on the front bumper.  Engine is covered with debris, but it is all there. I can�t see what the undercarriage looks like.  The interior is very rough.  The horse collar in the front grill has cracks on the bottom of it. If you are interested, make a reasonable offer.  I am never going to get it on the road again and could use the money for my current car project. Year: 1959	1959 Edsel Ranger sedan, recently acquired as a project.  The body was painted during previous ownership in yellow with a white roof and accents.  Power is from a 292ci V8 paired with a two-speed "Mile-O-Matic" automatic transmission, and equipment includes fender skirts, dual exhaust, and a double-barrel downdraft carburetor. This Ranger sedan has a clean Florida title.    Both side mirrors and some badging are missing, as is chrome trim on the hood and trunk.  The turn signals and high beams do no work, and rust is noted on the lower body panels.  Body-color wire wheels feature polished bullet hubcaps and are mounted with whitewall tires. The cabin has two bench seats upholstered in brown leatherette.  Amenities include a dashboard-mounted clock, an AM radio, manual windows, and a lockable glove box.  Note that the clock and radio do not work, both front door roll-down windows are cracked, and the driver�s wind-wing does not lock.  The carpeting has been removed.  The three-spoke steering wheel is worn and front instrumentation includes a horizontal 120-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges for fuel level and temperature.  The five-digit odometer shows 10k miles, a small amount of which were added by the seller.  Total mileage is unknown. The seller notes a small pin hole leak in the radiator and believes that the heater does not work.  Oil has been changed and battery is one year old.  Car runs but seems to be burning some oil (she smokes a bit). Wheels are a 50�s era period reproduction of the 15" Kelsey Hayes wire wheels from the 1930�s cars, and on the rims are mounted Coker whitewall tires.  Tire age is unknown.  The wheels are desirable and sought after so should fetch $800-1000 to a Model T or likewise seller providing some quick money to spend on the car :). This car starts easily and RUNS, DRIVES, and STOPS!  But should be trailered home for restoration. Year: 1960	1960 Edsel Villager 6-passenger station wagon, red with white top, luggage rack on roof, 4b carb and power steering.  Only 216 of these very rare wagons were built. The restoration has begun.  Some of the chrome has been removed to paint the car.  The outside is super sold with no rust found at all.  There is one patch panel in the passenger rear floor.  The interior was removed, and while the floor pan was being repaired, the welder started a small fire inside the car.  There is minor damage, mostly smoke.  There are two pieces of front fender chrome that were damaged, but fortunately, I have a '60 Edsel front end that I have had for several years that has those two pieces of chrome on them.  I have inventoried all of the parts that were taken off of the car and the only thing I have found to be missing are the four wheel covers. The engine has a plate riveted to the bottom edge that says it is a Ford re-manufactured engine.  The windshield is cracked, and again, fortunately I have a good windshield that I removed from a '60 Galaxie 2-door sedan that I parted out several years ago. Year: 1958	1958 Citation 4-door hardtop in pretty rough shape.  It could be a restoration project but would take a lot of work.  The body is straight but there is definitely rust.  There are some good exterior parts, the glass is good, interior has a few guages and buttons in good shape.  I don't want to part it out, just need to get the car off of my buddy's property. We did charge the battery, and that big E475 came to life and sounded really good.  A valve job was done a few years ago and it has a new radiator, so the engine definitely runs. The car was inherited years ago, and has been sitting for a long time.  I'm not sure what to ask for it, am willing to accept offers. Year: 1958	I am moving for my Master's degree and have to part with this soon, I want to assure that this classic will not end up at the scrap yard.  But it needs to sell before the end of July for that not to happen.  I am flexible with my price to assure it not being scrapped. Third owner.  The first owner had car repossessed by the bank in '71 by a local towing company.  The towing company has had it in their lot ever since then.  I bought it to restore.  Super straight body, all glass is intact.  Rust under pedals and back floor, no structural rust on any of the chassis.  It is in the restoration process.  I have all the parts that came with it (with the exception of the hood ornament) but have worked on the wiring and the engine.  E475 engine runs well.  The gas tank is not connected as I removed it to clean, but it is ready to bolt on again. Year: 1958	Condition: Body is near perfect.  The chrome is all there, in good condition.  Glass is all there and perfect.  Engine is the E400; has been rebuilt with many new parts, including 4 barrel Edelbrock carburetor, chrome Edelbrock air cleaner, new hose and fuel lines, new custom fit Taylor spark plug wires, brand new dual Flowmasters, and more.  Runs good.  Transmission has a small leak, but shifts good. Year: 1959	This is a 99% rust free original complete Arizona car.  There is one small hole in the right-hand rocker that is not visable unless you crawl under, and there is also some blistering of the paint on the passenger side door that might be rust forming underneath, but the spot is no bigger than a quarter.  The car has been repainted at some point and is faded on the upper surfaces.  The interior was redone and it does not appear that original patterns or fabrics were used, but it looks very good.  Headliner is original and in perfect condition.  The only thing this car really needs bodywise is new rubber gaskets on all the glass, doors and trunk.  The passenger side front window is cracked but all the rest of the glass is good.  The odometer reads 102000.  Engine runs very well, and uses no oil.  Transmission shifts OK, too.  I had new dual exhaust pipes custom bent as well.  The previous owner replaced the carb with an aftermarket Holley 4bbl.  He also changed the wipers to electric and replaced the Treadle-Vac unit with a manual master cylinder.  I think he still has the original booster and cylinder but it needs rebuilding.  The car stops OK as is so I left it alone.  This is an excellent driver as is or a prime candidate for a complete restoration if that's what you want.  Every piece of trim and script is there.  I have no winter storage for it so it has to go. Year: 1958	I had planned to restore the car back in '76 and I was driving it to and from school at that time.  It has been sitting in a machine shed until today.  I pulled it out to tear down the shed. All glass except the driver's side back glass is good.  I was unable to get the hood open to take a picture but I know it has the original motor in it, I installed a new 850 Holley on it in 1976.  All exterior trim pieces are there.  Some rust on rocker panels and front clip around lights.  Hood, trunk deck and both doors are in good shape. Automatic on the tree, interior is trashed, floor pan has some holes rusted through.  This car was owned previously by my parents so it has been around here a long time.  I am in the process of cleaning up the place and want to get rid of the car, hate to see it go to the crusher but I can not keep it around. Year: 1959	The car needs some restoration work to be roadworthy again.  The car is solid without any rust-thru areas.  It has the 332 V-8 and two speed automatic transmission.  It is Snow White with President Red two-tone paint (the top is red along with the inside areas of the side body trim).  The interior is black vinyl and is in good condition with no rips or tears.  The back glass was damaged and included is a replacement glass.  The body is straight with no damage.  All trim is present.  The title is clear. Also included with this car is a 1959 Edsel Ranger 4-door parts car that has a V-8 engine and automatic transmission.  The parts car is missing a couple of doors and the top has been damaged.  It still has a lot of good parts including the front clip, grille etc. I am asking $4000 for both cars.  I can be reached via e-mail at mthompson@teknorapex.com or by phone during the day at 731-519-1416 or at night at 731-225-2449. Year: 1958	RARE 1958 EDSEL PACKAGE Citation 2-door hardtop, loaded with factory options.  Power steering, brakes, windows, seat, dash tach, Town and Country radio, spinner caps, tinted glass, bumper guards, all original.  Needs restoration.  Frost blue/white scallop & roof. Citation 4-door hardtop, loaded with factory options.  Power steering, brakes, windows, seat, dash pad, tinted glass, tri-tone paint, bumper guards.  Has some rust issues.  Pink, charcoal scallop, white roof. Corsair 4-door hardtop, 80% complete, has most trim, seats, dash, drive train, bumpers, glass.  Solid straight Nevada car.  Light aqua, white scallop & roof. Use both four doors to make one very nice car and have a ton of extra parts left over for spares or to sell.  I have paperwork for all 3 cars. Year: 1959	Runs very good, and quiet.  Good interior, good seats.  No missing parts.  Chrome is great.  All original.  It has been stored inside for over 25 years. There are small rust stains on the left wheel well, and it needs new brake shoes. "Express V-8" engine, automatic transmission, power steering and brakes.  Brown and white in color.  The paint is average. Overall a nice looking, good running Edsel that needs very little.
