Parts car in poor condition, patches show in lower quarters, no drive train.
Not my car, saw it along Rts. 5&20 in Waterloo, N.Y.  Engine, transmission and rear seat gone, badly repainted long ago black wtih black/grey(white?) flake trim, originally jadeglint/mist green.  I would say that previous tenants were in residence for a long time and were fond of walnuts.
Inspection sticker expired in 1974.
