Owned since:   January 2003

Condition:   Drives (see notes)
Originality:   Modified - 302 engine in place of original

Notes:
Smokes like a chimney.  Replacing rings soon.
Interior is mint condition except for a slight fold of the driver's seat.

The previous owner (Harold) removed the 292 and installed the present 302 engine.  I don't understand why someone would pull a 292 that only had 57,000 under its belt.  It takes all kinds I suppose.  I have another 59 edsel that is in very poor condition, but the bumpers are in better shape than those on this car.  I plan on getting this car back into very good condition with my son's assistance.
