Very rough but complete condition with extensive rust in floors, doors, trunk and quarter panels.  Would be a challenge to restore but you never know what someone is willing to try?  Car was pulled from a wrecking yard in Springfield, Oregon.  It spent most of it's life in Springfield/Portland Oregon, according to documents found in the car.
