The engine runs great, the transmission works good, too.  The front brakes have had new shoes and wheel cylinders, the parts to rebuild the rear are not yet installed.  The front seat is torn, the carpet is shot, the door panels (pass side is wrinkled up a little) and headliner are in good condition.  The only rust I have seen on the car is the bottom of both front fenders (about 4-5" around) and two SMALL (a quarter will cover) holes in the trunk floor and surface rust on the hood.  The dash is nice.  The outer trim is all there and looks to be in good condition.
