Notes:
Originally ordered from the factory for special duty as a police squad car.
New radial tires, new dual exhaust, all rust replaced with new steel panels, new radiator, new battery, steering tight new parts, new black and white interior, new Sony radio - old one is in the trunk, all doors and trunk locks replaced, new electric wipers, speedometer/odometer working and calibrated, engine and transmission rebuilt 5 years ago, excellent heater, gas tank cleaned and coated, generator and starter rebuilt, all lights replaced, clear title, nice paint.

Among the many features, the interior from the factory was a 1958 Ford Fairlane's, which is why the data plate code on this car has been left blank.  It was fitted with heavy duty rear leaf springs and had a Leece-Neville alternator under the hood rather than a generator.  There had been several holes filled in on this car such as for spot lights on the A-pillars and there were mounting holes in the trunk for the two-way radio.  Most telling is the column automatic transmission, an option not available after January 1, 1958 on the Edsel, except for fleet (like police car) orders.
