I got it running and the brakes that I thought were bad just needed fluid.  I have yet to test drive it since it's missing all the Tele-touch electrical parts.  Also, I have to start it from the starter solenoid (I will just rig up a button under the dash.)

The E-400 sounded REALLY healthy.  I replaced all the taillights and got the trunk to open and close.  It's a little out of alignment, but when I redo the body, I will take care of that.  The interior was redone ten years ago.  I painted the whitewalls myself (until I find a set of 2-3/4" whitewall P215/75R14 radials).  She's almost roadworthy.  She still has her hood ornament, too.
