Here is a real rare gem in outstanding condition - nearly perfect. In the past we have
rebuilt the transmission and carburetor, we have added new brakes, wheel cylinders, a new
starter, flywheel and new chrome.
The engine is the 475 and is strong and running great. The body is in amazing condition. The
only blemishes of note is a microscopic ding in the driver's side chrome and a few small paint
chips. The interior is like new, showing virtually no blemishes. The headliner has a
small area that has come loose in the back. A couple of dash buttons are very used and should
be replaced, and the clock has never worked - we have never tried to touch it.
The tail pipes are old and should be replaced. These areas are small and inexpensive. Believe
me when I tell you that after thousands of dollars, the big work is done. This Edsel is in
amazing condition and starts, runs and drives like new. Hood ornament and wheel covers are not on
the car but are included (both are in great condition).
